The Tenorio River originates near the Tenorio Volcano where it becomes a fast moving river, with some areas of rapids popular for white-water rafting.

When you arrive to the end of your exciting rafting journey at our private river exit, do a quick hike to the 4×4 vehicle to drive out of this isolated, unspoiled region of Costa Rica. You’ll then be treated to a delicious typical Costa Rican meal.

at Rincon Volcano
If you’re looking for a unique volcano activity, head to Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. This active volcano is the largest in surface area in Costa Rica. Oropendula Waterfall plunges 25 meters (82 feet) deep into a stunning pool of turquoise water in the lush canyon, creating a picturesque tropical oasis.
Discover Granada, the oldest city in Central America. Enjoy the fascinating view of Omotepe Island with two majestic volcanoes. You can take great photos of the largest island in the world. You will visit the majestic crater of Masaya volcano, when it is clear you can see the fire in the center of the crater.
at the Rincón volcano
Heavenly and relaxing, these volcanic hot springs are heated naturally by the Rincon de la Vieja volcano. You can access these swimming pools connected by two suspension bridges offering you a magnificent view of the fauna and flora. This site is renowned for the presence of the famous blue butterfly.
