CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of tours with 8 or more business days via a written notice, are entitled to a full refund but subject to a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made within 2-7 business days via a written notice are entitled to a partial refund as determined by the tour operator, also subject to a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 2 business days via a written notice, and no shows, are not eligible for refunds of any kind. 

Border runs are not refundable.

Costour may accept, at its discretion and availability, to reschedule any tours that customers were not able to attend.

Please be ready at the given pick-up time and allow time for road conditions and other clients being picked-up along the way. Your guide and/or driver can only allow a 10 minutes wait time.
